Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your choices after contributing

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Cancel monthly support

Open the private giving link saved when you created your contribution, review your subscription, tick the cancellation confirmation and select Confirm cancellation. The system requests cancellation of future charges through Razorpay. Check that the returned status says Subscription cancelled. A charge already in progress may still complete.

If you lost your private link

Email techkatech@gmail.com or call +91 84828 64968 with your payment or subscription reference and the email used for your contribution. We must verify that the record belongs to you before assisting. Do not send your OTP, UPI PIN, full card number or bank password.

Request a refund

For a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, unauthorised transaction or another contribution concern, contact us promptly with the payment reference, date, amount and reason. If you suspect an unauthorised debit, also report it to your bank or payment provider. Each request is reviewed against the payment record and applicable obligations; a refund is not automatic.

Review and processing

We will confirm the outcome and any further information needed after reviewing your request. If approved, the refund is initiated through Razorpay to the original payment source where supported. The processing estimate will be communicated with the refund confirmation; final credit depends on the bank and payment method. No fixed credit date is guaranteed by this website. Contact us with the refund reference if credit is delayed.

Cancellation is separate from a refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future scheduled charges once confirmed. It does not automatically refund past contributions. A one-time contribution has no future renewal to cancel. Changing monthly amounts requires cancelling the previous subscription and separately approving a new one.

Pending or failed payments

If your bank shows a debit but the website has no captured payment, refresh your private giving record and contact us before making another contribution. A failed-payment reversal is handled by the payment provider and bank. Payment acknowledgements reflect verified payment and refund records and are not tax-deduction certificates.
