Shipping and Exchange Policy
No physical goods are shipped

Scope
This website accepts voluntary support for Mission Sankalp’s education initiative. It does not sell or ship physical goods through its donation checkout. Shipping fees, courier delivery times, returns of goods and product exchanges therefore do not apply.
Learning resources
The free Learn Zone and app are accessed through links on the website. A donation is not a purchase of digital content, a paid course, a physical book or a guaranteed school visit. There is no delivery charge or shipment associated with a contribution.
Receipts and payment records
After payment is captured and verified, the private giving page provides the available payment acknowledgement. It can be downloaded there; no printed receipt or physical certificate is dispatched as part of checkout.
Other arrangements
School visits, institutional partnerships and offers of physical resources are discussed separately and require an agreed scope. They are not included in the donation plans.
