Information collected

The enquiry form collects name, email, city or district, enquiry type, message and consent. Phone and organisation are optional. The giving-interest form collects name, email, city or district, proposed amount, frequency and consent. References, timestamps and enquiry status are stored too.

These forms are intended for adults. Do not submit children’s personal information, identification documents, PAN, card details, bank credentials, OTPs or UPI PINs.

Payment information, when checkout is enabled

The payment form records name, email, city, amount, frequency, consent and domestic-donor declarations. The server stores provider references, payment and refund status, subscription schedule and a hashed private-link token. We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs. Payment authorisation takes place in Razorpay.

Razorpay receives the information needed to create and process your order or subscription. Its checkout script loads when you continue to payment. Your private giving link grants access to that record and cancellation controls; keep it private. Downloaded payment acknowledgements are not tax-deduction certificates.

Purpose and access

Details are stored to record, review and respond to your enquiry or giving interest. Consent to an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing or recurring payment. Enquiry records are not published through a public listing.

Hosting and database services operate the forms and media, and may process technical access and security logs. The team should share information only with people who need it for follow-up, service operation or an applicable legal obligation.

Retention, withdrawal and correction

Details remain stored until the team removes them; automatic deletion is not configured. You may ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw permission for contact, using your reference and the contact route below. The team will need to verify your request; applicable record-retention obligations may affect what can be removed.

Website analytics

We record public-page views, selected button clicks, video plays, scroll milestones and recent activity to understand how the website is used. Records include a random browser-tab session identifier, referring domain, device category and approximate country or region when provided by our hosting service. This tracker does not store IP addresses, precise locations, form contents, query strings or private giving links. Reports are restricted to the site owner.

The session identifier uses session storage and renews after 30 minutes without recorded activity. Activity is retained for roughly 400 days, with cleanup during collection. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You can also disable analytics on this browser; that preference uses local storage.

External links and media

Google Play, the Learn Zone and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices. Follow-up through those services is separate from this form. Photos and videos here are served as website assets, and videos play only when requested.

For an image or school-representation concern, send the page link and caption without additional sensitive child information.
