Itemised budget, staffing, travel, digital costs, approvals and accountable owners.
Milestones & evidence
Delivery schedule, attendance records, resource use, feedback and agreed outcomes.
Funds & reporting
Disbursement terms, spending records, utilisation reporting and variance explanations.

A joint review, documented lessons and a decision to continue, adapt or expand.
